RIBA Stages 0 - 2
We’ll collaborate to develop your brief and show you how to structure a budget for your project.
Based on your brief, we’ll create concept layouts and massing options for your proposed design.

RIBA Stages 0-3
We’ll schedule a series of workshops designed to bring your project ambitions to life. You’ll have the chance to share feedback and we’ll work closely to create a design you’re excited to take forward.
You’ll receive a full set of planning drawings, including both existing and proposed drawings which will be supported by a bespoke design and access statement.
We will organise quotes and coordinate any consultant information required to support your planning or listed building application.

RIBA Stages 0-6
Everything you need to go from idea all the way to completion. With this package we’ll collaborate closely from start to finish to bring your new space to life – from initial drawings through to picking up the keys.
We will help you navigate the construction process and can act as contract administrator during the works.

Looking to breathe new life into your home without breaking the bank? We’ll help you reimagine your spaces by providing you with:
Moodboards
Sourcing furniture/finishes and presenting samples
Visualisations of your new space

If you’re looking at a doer-upper and want advice on the work required, we are able to attend house viewings to help you make informed decisions on whether to make an offer.
This service is charged out at a flat rate of £120 + travel expenses.
Working with an architect
If this is your first time working with an architect - welcome! For most homeowners, navigating a renovation, extension or self-build for the very first time can feel overwhelming.
But we know it doesn’t have to feel this way!
We’re here to guide you through every stage: helping you understand what’s possible, supporting you to make confident decisions, and acting as your advocate through planning and beyond. Whether you’re rethinking a kitchen layout or building a home from scratch, we’ll move at your pace and break the work down into manageable stages.
